Have used this app many times in Taichung City, have always found taxis close by so very short waiting times using the "instant" mode. All the cars and drivers we have experienced have been very good and clean, no bad smells. Taxis everywhere should be this good...
1st time trying it, got a taxi in 5 minutes. Super easy and I was so happy not to rely on having to get someone else to help me call a cab.
Lacks of tutorial and chat translation, but fortunately app is in English so I could manage to navigate around. Used when I'm at Taichung, one trip only costs $85. Would gladly recommend this app to any tourist out there
