Estimation application downloads and cost
I bought the Romance of the Three Kingdoms game through Steam. Had a gameplay technical issue that would not resolve. I requested a refund from Steam, and they refused to provide one as it had been over two weeks since initially buying the game (Steam directed me to the game publisher for support, who I didn't hear back from). Have bought a number of games through Steam over the years, now can't say I trust them.

This app sucks. I tried to join using the join steam button at the bottom of the login screen and it kept saying that my email wasn't the same when I double check and saw no mistakes, I did the 'i am not a robot' and I agreed to the privacy policy but when I pressed the create account button it just reset everything. Also pressing the back button will take you out of the app instead or the last page and there is no button in the app that allows you to go back. I will change my review once fixed.
I keep putting in my email and my country of residence to sign up but it wont let me. I agreed to the 13+ years of age and everything but it wont let me. I have tried over 10 times now and it still doesnt work it will only let me sign in and I dont have an account for it hence me trying to make one. Am I missing something here?
