Great when it works but it's unbelievably buggy. At least once a week the app has technical problems and tells me to try again later. For something as important as a banking app it's not particularly reassuring.

I don't find it user friendly. I can't download load any PDF statements or messages despite going on settings and changing permissions. This means it's impossible for me to see when the credit card agreement ends so the only way is to get paper statements. It's worth having to check the balance but it's got features on it that can't be used.
