Description
Compete against family and friends regardless of age or gender using this age-grade performance calculator that supports both miles and kilometers (configured in Settings). Determine whose run was really the best effort of the day. Choose from a list of popular road race distances from 5K to 200K, enter your age, gender and finish time, and the app will compute your age-graded performance (percent of world-record effort at the specified distance for your age and gender) and your finish time adjusted to an "open" division. Then quickly compute an equivalent finish time for another runner to determine who really "won" the race. Choose between three sets of WMA (World Masters Athletics) grading factors, 2006, 2010, or 2015 to align with the percentages youre accustomed to using. Note: The 2006 factors are the same ones used on the RW age-grading website.Theres also a tool for predicting your performance at other race distances using two popular formulas. Want to know how your 5K or 10K time could translate to the half or full marathon? Predictions can be viewed by either finish time or pace. You can even enter a custom distance by choosing "Custom Distance" at the bottom of the Distance drop-down. Theres a pace and finish time calculator to help with your "what if" analysis as you target specific races and finish times. Finally, the tool set includes a run/walk finish time calculator to help you create a custom strategy that alternates segments of running and walking. Enter your desired run and walk pace and duration for a chosen event or custom distance and the app computes your finish time. Details include the number of run and walk segments required, whether you would finish running or walking, and the duration of that final segment. This a native Android app that can be used even when no internet access is available. No special permissions are required. I love this app! Very usefull for my running statistics.
Good predict
It used to fit my screen, (on this device), but now I can't see all the info. I'm not sure when it changed, but not so easy to use now. Developer: please how can I change it back to the version that fits my screen.
