ALWAYS have issues logging in. I have changed my password 3 times and it never accepts any of them. I'd rather use the browser.

Won't log in, says something is wrong and to try again later.

The Dental portion does not show up even after reloading app.
I have not been able to login in once. Have been trying for the past 4 days. Everytime I get an error message that says I can't login because of connectivity or server issues, and to come back later. I am however receiving emails from bcbstx that statements are finalized and I need to view them in the app. Which is impossible to do. Would give 0 stars if possible
Sorry folks but this app hasnt worked for YEARS!! I've NEVER been able to log in, even w previous employer. Website wasnt any better. I just updated in hopes they'd fixed it. It remembered my previous PWs during the reset, but then said I was not authorized to access it. BCBS should be ashamed of themselves. PR/ obviously trying to do damage control, says they're working on it. I can tell you it's been this way for years. If BCBS's IT can't get this app working, they need to fire them!!
