Can't get past accepting terms of use, app force closes after I click accept...even after emailing still no response and you haven't fixed the issue yet
Won't let me sign in
To register my account I needed to enter date of birth. You can't type it in, you have to page through a calendar month by month. For me that would require about 570 clicks. Not doing that.
Limited information available within the app, many features do not function. Need access to pharmacy benefits through the app. Use the website instead.
Can't even log in to see how the app works. Reset password several times. Occasionally it recognizes the password only to return an error that something is wrong with the servers and to try again later. Later has lasted almost a week now. I have a perfectly strong data connection.
App keeps crashing after accepting the new Terms & Conditions (1+ month of this problem). BCBS app is completely unusable in it's current state. UPDATE 2/15/22: App still unusable, Google Play Store is quite updated and the BCBSIL app still doesn't work. An update for this app hasn't been released since December, so either all of these negative reviews and complaints are being ignored or Blue Cross/ Blue shield does not care about those they insure.
