I live in Vermont and it apparently doesn't consider that local to New England. The app also has no way to confirm if this is the case. I'm just guessing because I thought I'd be able to watch my home team, the Patriots, for free in the app, since I'm local. What's the deal?
App needs support for connection to smart tv on same wifi network or chromecast etc
This app sucks. Not user friendly, terrible way to treat season ticket holders of nearly 20 years. Amateur app, functionality and ease of use is so bad... If I could leave I would. The fact it is the only way to "manage tickets", joke term here is frightening. i'll watch the game on TV just so much easier...
Why are we forced to update apps when they are working fine. Keep it an option then I'll update my rating
Just updated the app because I had no choice, now the app doesn't work at all! Thanks for your input, I got my app working but what happened to live chat on game day?
