It used to work just fine. But I haven't been able to log in for quite some time now, and haven't been able to reset my password. I bought a 1-year plan that supposedly expires in May 2021. UPDATE: solved quickly by the Busuu team
The app is by far the best out of all the others in the market! Never had a problem even once. But I have a question, the app let us follow other people who wants to learn language as well but there is not a text feature within the app so that we can practice with them. Will Busuu add this feature in the future? Thanks

Excellent app! But just one thing: for the love of god, change that high pitched sound when you complete a lesson (practice, discover, ...). I'm always taken by surprise with MY VOLUME AT MAX and that sound hurts my SOUL. That's the reason why I gave it a 4 stars, nevertheless being a great app.
