Absolutely atrocious. You want to have a system not collect your insurance properly and overbill you? This is the one! Sat on the phone with customer service and was transferred 5 times. Nobody was able to help me get ahold of who I needed in order to get the money I needed back during these times. Instead I was told to try and call back next week because my account may have been created. Even though my appointment was already a week ago.
