Great app but questions for my course pack continue to not load or only load one question.

Keeps crashing
Seconds passes 2 or 3 times faster in android phones. This problem has been like this for a very long time. Isn't it time to fix it now?
I hate this app. My biggest problem since I can't fit all the problems in this word count was; I was trying to get into my class for in class questions and it wasn't loading, then it showed up for me to enter the class right as I touched my phone and accidentally hit the remove button. There was no confirmation to remove the class, it just removed me and I missed the points and had to figure out how to rejoin in the middle of class. We were made to pay too much for this terrible of an app.

Buggy mess, I couldn't even log in
Wow, what a piece of garbage this company is. This thing barely works. I have to sign in every time I use that app and it doesn't remember the password. Not to mention this is the biggest rip off ever. There is so many free alternatives than asking students to pay 30 doller just to click a button once per class. I mean you could do this on Kahoot.....
