Estimation application downloads and cost
I tried using this app before flying to France from London. The app could not find my booking reference and therefore couldn't access the content. I have reported the problem to the app contact information.
Flash page loads and then nothing. Eventually a message pops up saying something along the lines of "Sorry... Please try again later..." Absolutely pointless. Uninstalling immediately.
Does not recognize my booking. I can only read the Airfrance and KLM magazines.
app doesnt work, never gets past the first screeb
Useless and no English material. Videos not available even after the 30 hrs promised.
it takes forever to load content, many times you have to start the process all over again and you loose the loaded content. it disconnects many times from the account. it bugs a lot!
