Tried to sign up in the app. Entered my account information and it said invalid. Double checked it and tried again. Said invalid. Triple checked it and tried it again said invalid and then locked my account. Called customer service and the non US customer service agent wanted to argue with me about my account being locked and ultimately she couldn't unlock it. I just got this card, it's my first AMEX experience and I'm not impressed. Do yourself a favor, skip AMEX and go to capital 1 instead.
Feels Slightly Scammy, Cant Tell When Charges Are Applied, Something Fishy Going On
It is not intuitive with regard to understanding the keystroke gestures. If I scroll up to the top of my account page it brings me back to the previous screen, and it takes a few seconds to open up my account page again. This happens at least a couple times every time I use this app.
Hold on, was the chat feature with customer service removed?? Some of us live abroad and would rather not make calls unless as a last resort
