I buy way too much through thus app...I do like how you can set a charity of choice and each time I buy something it automatically makes a contribution in to them. that's very convenient and valuable.

Basically app is useless now because you can't buy anything on it. Just do a deal wmith Google and fix this!
The option for Amazon Smile is not showing under settings for the Amazon for Tablets app. Other people who use the phone app have it, so why can't it be an option for tablets?
I live 30 miles from the nearest town over 300. I LOVE having access to so much of the world. I grew up in another small town buying our necessities from a Sears catalog. Amazon is sooo handy, they have just about anything and everything and it's only a few days away.
