Estimation application downloads and cost
App is okay it drains my battery so the app should be able to be used with power saving mode on. Also the notification for logging and checking trip should be able to be turned off so you don't get notifications while driving and interrupting music/video/phone calls. If I turn notifications off it makes the app not work correctly and I have to uninstall it and it doesn't track correctly all the time.

This app is ridiculous!!! First of all what was wrong with the plug in thing before!! Now you have access to everything in my phone!!! It's doesn't even work correctly and so this must be the way to keep from giving discounts!!! Why don't you just give the discounts for your long term loyal customers who have been safe drivers for years without incident!!! The app tells me that I have to fix something with my battery and I have no clue what it's talking about.
Allstate was my insurance; I was travelling westbound in the inside lane as my car was hit, by a car going through a red light, as I was driving through a greenlight and my rear axle was cracked, with my rear passenger side wheel blown, along with my car ending up in the next lane of oncoming traffic, after spinning 180°. With all this happening, this Allstate Insurance company took the word of the other driver who said that they were not paying attention as they went through the intersection.
Works great.
My car broke down and I once again tried to get a tow truck driver through the app. It was going to take 3 hours and cost $300. I got another driver on my own and it took 20 min and $150. The app is less than useless, its a scam.
