App works good but company keeps shortening the time period it keeps rythms and data you enter yourself, like bp. :( When the data is stored on my own resources, this change seems unfair.

Great device
February of this year I bought the Kardia Mobile device on the recommendation of my cardiologist. I downloaded the app the same day I received the unit. Love how easy it is to use, and how easy it is to link to my computer and download my EKG's to a file and save. Was able to print the files out and take to the doctors off for his review. Around 1st of March, I received an offer to purchase their new KardiaMobile Card, so I did, thinking this would be easier to carry with me then the other unit. Received the card and read the instruction in order to use it with the app. Followed the directions but with it came to picking which device to connect with, the KardiaMobile Card wasn't showing. I've tried contacting AliveCor and it's been 2 weeks with no answer yet. How long does someone have to wait to get a response back?

excellent monitor for quick ECG Available to you/your Dr /a consultant for interpretation . I am an M.D. 8/14/20. Have had your device since you first offered it 5-6 yrs ago. Introduced it to my Cardioligist. Original unit( hold against phone) wore out--have the new one which is much easier to use. Luv it--had A-Fib 5 yrs ago--followed by ablation with excellent result. Doing fine use device regularly. Ha! Waiting for you guys to "go public".š 03/2722 KardiaMobile Card. Does NOT connect!!!
