24 hours after getting my card, card was suspended with no clear way to resolve. Now it shows debit card error on a card I've never used.

This app literally saved my son's life, I couldn't afford his prescriptions and he currently needs them to continue living, I was short 50 dollars and this app gave me 35 while letting me pay it back on my payday which is a good while away, thank you Albert!!
It lies about the money you can borrow.
I was really enjoying Albert, but then after several month of having an active account, I borrowed 50$ out of my 100$ over draft then was going to borrow again but it said three withdrawals per pay cycle only. Well I only borrowed once I have 50$ available but won't let me withdraw! How do they get 3 withdrawals out of just 1?
