Használhatatlan, folyamatosan technikai hiba és nem ment el semmit tehát mindig újra kell kezdeni. Szenvedtem egy órát hogy eljussak a szerződés aláírásáig ahol ismét technikai hiba, úgyhogy feladtam.

I have quite a few problems with the design. To begin with, the app is called SmartBank, so I can never find it, as I'm looking for OTP SmartBank. It's a small issue, but it's one I run into every single time. Then, logging in was always a pain. And approving online payments even more so. It was so much of a hassle I kinda gave up using it.

Jobb lenne, ha arra koncentrálna a fejlesztőgárda, hogy mi egy banki alkalmazás feladata, és nem másra (mobil egyenlegfeltöltés, stb.), mert akkor talán használható is lenne az új felület, nem csak egy újabb csilivili "fintech' appnak akarna tűnni. Pl. sablon utalásnál a közlemény, összeg elmentése ment a régi appban, az újban már nem. Vannak ám, akik a funckiók miatt használják az appot, nem a színek miatt. Vissza kéne hozni a régi app projektmenedzserét, mert ez új igencsak irányt tévesztett!!
