Estimation application downloads and cost
All in all, a good app. But, I use my camera's flashlight while mobile depositing when I have poor lighting and cannot get a good picture of the check. The new app automatically turns off this light when it goes into camera mode. A fix for this would be appreciated.
The app can find my location but fails to find any ATMs anywhere at any address I enter.
Upgrade your technology, this is a waste of time
...since the last update. Kudos. The only thing was users weren't notified that we had to uninstall and reinstall the app... Also with the password reset; I had to call member services since I could not log in. When will you be added to Android Pay? Also, the auto rotation can be annoying.
Definitely new and improved. Presentation of content and functionality makes the home banking experience enjoyable.
Can't transfer funds from external bank accounts, can't add funds via debit and can't deposit checks. How does AFCU expect me to put funds into my account?
This app is in desperate need of some modern features. Transactions are sometimes showing incorrect information after the monthly statement posts. It's hard to tell if a charge is pending or cleared and takes 4-5 days before it is fixed. Also, the app lacks security features. I would like to see the ability to freeze cards through the app and also receive push notifications. These are standard features these days.
