Estimation application downloads and cost
When this app was first installed, it was seamless. Then in December 2021, the app would arm the alarm, but it showed it was not connecting (Although the alarm was indeed armed). I now cannot disarm with this app, because the app always shows it's disarmed. Bottom line, I can arm the alarm with this app, but I must disarm it manually at the key pad. Who's on first?
I love this app,because is very handy,sometimes I forget to set the alarm and with this app I can set it up from my phone when im away from home.
At times it doesn't want to connect. It can be to slow
ADT IS A SCAM. Even their slogan is proof "feel safe"... They don't monitor the system.. many times we've set the alarm off just to test and we don't get a call. This app doesn't sync w the home system in realtime, there is substantial lag (up to 10 minutes) we've tried contacting customer care several times and a tech coming out, the app and system has a rediculous lag. I can't wait to cancel our service after the contract period.
Does not show doorbell view when needed, can never view the the doorbell camera on our android phones very frustrating that this is a security system that will not do clips of people coming to our front door so we never will know who robs us.
The app rarely loads the doorbell camera footage and takes a long time to load even to arm or disarm the alarm system.
After almost 3 years of use, this app is still broken. It works maybe half the time. It won't even load, and when it does, it errors out when turning alarm off/on. Update: Can't even change the password. This app needs new programmers and a UI update.
