I swear this is the worst app i ever had to deal with with my info.. smh i wish my job would remove us from this garbage. If you ever hear your job is plannin on moving to adp please try your best to persuade them to go another route if you dont wanna be upset

Login is fine, but i cannot punch in or out, my dashboard is nothing like my coworker's l, I've tried multiple times to reset the app, talked with HR/IT and boss to fix the problem, nothing works

I wish I could give zero stars. This app continually tells me that my actual password is a temporary password, or that my biometric fingerprint scan is a temporary password, and that a temporary password can't be used to login to ADP Mobile. These are NOT temporary passwords, they are my real password for my real ADP account. Yet, without fail about every month or 2 I get this stupid prompt and I have to reset my password again. Worst design EVER. Why make me reset my password all the time?!?!?!

I feel bad for anyone that is required to use this app. The features are cool and pretty convenient, but the app crashes.... a lot. Doesn't matter if you're on wifi or not. Cache cleared, deleted and re-downloaded, but nothing helps. And it's not just me, 20 coworkers all exp. the same thing...System error unable to parse response... this happens every use. Sometimes more than once. Oh and the password reset frequency is ridiculous...I've had the same password for 20 yrs, never been hacked.
