“MySymptoms” is an Android based application to enable patients to carefully record their symptoms and email it to their doctor with all relevant details. It started off as a solo-student, open-source project in March 2016 but will receive a lot more updates based on feedback.Fixed bugs related to viewing all symptoms and modifying symptom details reported on some devices.

Decent for targeted logging of accute symptoms tied to specific body parts. Nice for those cases, but not so good for constitutional or mental health symptoms. A bit too much work to track chronic conditions.
