It is specifically geared towards the physician that doesn’t treat acute medical emergencies on a routine basis.
It has background information about equipment and medications available, how the cabin crew can help, what the role of the flight crew is, how ground medical support is integrated into these events and the medicolegal aspects of helping.
The app otherwise consists of 23 scenarios with concise algorithms to evaluate and treat the most common complaints seen on airlines.
A few links are present in each scenario to allow you to move to another scenario or other location in the app easily.Various bug fixes.
