• start a reimbursement request, then finalize it on the web portal from a computer, or vice versa (practical for home interventions!)
• track all your refund requests and their status

To log in and access your account, it's very simple:
• Use the same login codes as on the web portal
• Accept the General Conditions of Use during your first connection
• Navigate the application as needed.
