App needs some work, more visual friendly! Also, I disagree with the banks policy you entice a free no charge account if you sign up a bill to autopay but if there isnt enough money in your account you dont provide automatic deny for the charge, instead you deny the payment and also charge a overdraft fee. Overdraft fees should only be for if the payment gets to go through and the bill gets paid, i ended up with a bill not paid an extra charge. This is what some might call a #adhdtax google it.

They appear to have fixed the app loading issue - if your phone doesn't work reinstall the app. They brought back those ANNOYING banner ads that come back too frequently after dismissing them. Lastly, for an app with such a simple design, it's extremely laggy - particularly on the older Snapdragon 835 & 845 series. Other apps with more visual effects are smooth on those devices.

Thank you for your feedback about the banner ads. We will keep it in mind for any future updates to the app. We utilize a "supported devices list" and the older Snapdragon 835 and 845 series are not supported - especially since they came out in 2016 and 2017 respectively. - Luke

Bill pay hasn't worked since the update, this is one of the biggest features I use. It needs fixed! Also my son's phone will no longer work on the app, says his phone is too old, wth!
