How does NÄRA+ work?
Download the NÄRA+ app and log in with mobile BankID, the login is for you as a patient to identify yourself and give the healthcare provider the right to provide you with care. You can quickly and easily choose your healthcare provider and start your healthcare case today!

It should feel safe!
All healthcare providers available in NÄRA+ are registered healthcare providers with IVO and are covered by the Personal Data Act, the Health and Medical Care Act, the Patient Data Act and the Patient Safety Act. The platform is an approved and registered medical device in accordance with the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) (EU) 2017/745. All data is encrypted, stored and processed in accordance with the regulations of the National Board of Health and Welfare and the EU's data protection regulation (GDPR).
