I just wasted 20 minutes of my life trying to get this app to work. I tried to register and it told me I was already registered. I asked for it to send me my password to reset and it doesn't send that. Wiith your app not working, you've just lost my sale. It's ridiculous. App does not allow me to update my information and keeps telling me that my first name is blank and it's not. Can't put in phone number, can't put an email address, can't do a mobile order without this.

I love Ellianos. Best drinks I've had however it still has some glitches. First there is no direction on how to use your rewards. My birthday is tomorrow was going to get my free drink today and haven't been able to figure out how to redeem it. I had $5 in reward points after getting my first 850 points tried using it and it wouldn't go through. Now I have $10 and not sure if it will work when I want to use it. Needs the glitches fix all new apps have them but it's time to fix them.

The beverages here are far superior to those at Star*****, offering a wider and more diverse selection. We have personally enjoyed the caramel freezer, chai shake, strawberry smoothie, Sicilian red bull rush, and tuxedo freezer. As for food, we recommend the bagel with cream cheese, sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, red velvet muffin, pumpkin cheese muffin, and many other delicious options.
