The health app at a glance:
- Insurance has never been so easy. Deal with important issues directly in the app.
- Once registered, you can use the app on all your mobile devices*. Some functions are also available on the PC.
- Simply take photos of documents, send them, and you're done.
- Send invoices with barcode in two clicks.
- Receive mail directly in the app.
- If you have activated this, we will notify you via push notification if you have any updates about your sent and received documents.
- Find out about your insured benefits at any time*.
In the Generali Health App you will also find information about products, services, offers, competitions and promotions from the companies in the Generali Group, DVAG and cooperation partners. This information is displayed to you, among other things, in the form of news and service articles on the various pages of the app.
Sending invoices, sick notes, personal letters and forms is now even easier: take photos of documents and send them securely to Generali using the health app. With the app you always know* that we have received your documents or whether we have any questions about an invoice, for example.
Receive the mail from your Generali health insurance directly in the app if you wish. The documents can be easily read, saved, forwarded and printed on smartphones and tablets. You can also access and manage the documents on your PC in your web mailbox.
You can be informed via push notification when there is news about the documents you have sent or when you receive mail from us in the app. You can then see all the news at a glance on the app’s homepage. In addition, we will inform you by email as soon as we deliver mail to your mailbox. And if something goes wrong with your photos, we will explain step by step how you can send missing or difficult-to-read documents to us again.
All documents are saved permanently. You can use the app on multiple devices at the same time. This means you have access to your documents anytime, anywhere*. Even if you change your smartphone, nothing will be lost.
In the “Contract” area you can see the most important information about your insurance at any time*. This means you always* know exactly what is insured.
Your health is important to us. That's why the new app has its own health section. Here you will find useful tips about your health and get an overview of the valuable services that Generali and its cooperation partners offer you. Important for you to know:
We always support the latest Android version as well as the last two previous versions. You can usually also install the health app on older Android devices. We do not offer technical support for older operating systems. In order to be able to fully use the health app, we recommend a RAM of at least 4 GB.
* Requirements for using the Generali Health App are:
- an active internet connection – this may cause the user to incur costs from the internet or mobile phone provider.
- a compatible device (smartphone or tablet). The app always supports the latest Android version as well as the last two previous versions. We cannot offer technical support for older versions. We ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee that every device is compatible with the health app.
