It can also transcribe voice messages in WhatsApp, just long press the message and tap the share icon, and finally select Transcribot in the app list.
It can also download files from publicly available URLs.

Languages supported include Chinese, English, English-Indian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Ukrainian

Thanks for making this app! I had been looking for something that could help me with the transcription of some files and I wanted to see all of the text of the file without having to listen to the whole thing. Obviously, the captions option on the phone was no good, but this app has made it all possible. I honestly recommend this app for transcribing audio files!! Kudos to the developers!

Crashed after listening to an hour of speech, after I pressed the STOP button. One more try, breaking it into 15 minute chunks. Didn't want to have to babysit it. I've heard it all.
