AirSewa is an initiative by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. It provides a common platform for air travelers to submit air travel related grievances and seek information about flight or airport operation in India.
The features and capabilities of AirSewa include the following:
Submit & Track Grievances: User can submit grievances for selected categories (E.g.: Airline, Airport) and track them
Check Flight Status: Check the live flight status of all current inbound and outbound flights
Flight Schedule: Check time table for all inbound and outbound flights operating for a specific route
Airport Information and Services: Check the services available in the selected airport. (E.g.: Delhi, Mumbai)
Help and FAQs: Get answers for common queries (E.g.: Passenger, Baggage)

The app is completely unusable due to login issues. Even with the correct credentials, it says "Username or password incorrect." Trying to reset the password gives an error: "The application was unable to securely communicate with the server. Please check your internet connectivity." Despite a stable internet connection, the app refuses to work. I have also reinstalled and cleared the app cache multiple times. Until these issues are fixed, AirSewa is not worth using. 1/5 stars.

App is not at all user friendly. Before taking any feedback on air travel , they should take feedback on improving this app. It is FULL of bugs. Wonder how much feedback one can give if any app is so full of bugs. Overall rating of 1.7 explains it Hopefully authorities will look into it.

Followed the steps to register using an email. Got the link to verify my email. Clicked on the link and added the required information. After all this, it doesn't recognize me! I tried the registration again, it says sign-up is in process, try after some time! If you can't even do new user registration reliability, why create an app?
