When the app auto logs out, it displays a log out page. It doesn't let you do anything. You either need to close the app completely or wait until it goes back to the login page. Such a waste of time. Also, the system error issues are popping up more often while trying to login.

Opened an account... I think? Have logged many times into the app and online banking, but get logged out automatically after accepting the terms. Contacted customer support and was told to call back as they have more instructions to continue the application, even tho I submitted the application and received no communication that there was an issue? Hard to trust a bank with my money when they can't figure out how to process basic applications. Judging by other reviews, I'm not an isolated case.

I don't know who thought it was a good idea to disable copy-paste when linking an external account. Copy-pasting the routing and account nos. would actually prevent typos more than typing manually. Also, the app requires that account number should be 15 characters or less. I can't link my PrizePool account because it's 16 characters, which is just stupid.
