The My NYCHA mobile application allows public housing residents to create, submit, schedule, view and update maintenance service requests, view alerts and outages related to their developments, view their scheduled inspections and maintain their contact information via their smartphones and tablets. My NYCHA empowers residents to create service request 24/7 and reduce their need to call NYCHA’s Customer Contact Center.

I have used this (your) NYCHA app numerous times with out any issues. Now I receive a log in error everytime I log in. I have uninstalled then reinstalled yet I still get the same error. I need this problem corrected as soon as possible. Your call center is extremely busy and hold times often lead to being hung up on. Also, this app hasent been updated in 2 years!? What are you waiting for?!

This app is as garbage as the service that they give to us tenants. I usually use the app to report repairs or anything that is out of order. For the past few weeks I'm getting an error saying "You currently offline. Please connect to the Internet and try again". I clearly have mobile data and even on WiFi it still says the same.

Giving this app 3 stars right now as I sit here waiting on the NYCHA call line for what will supposedly be "over 10 minutes" becuz I haven't been able to log in to the app AT ALL for *WEEKS* since it says there's an error. When the app works, it's very useful (tho I still wish there were an option to send photos of damages). Please fix the app. Those phone wait times are absurd.
