The app was working really well before, but from mid this year I've been unable to login and access my info. Tried to text and call support, but nothing. If the problem is fixed, I'll update my rating.

It normally is a good app to use, easy and user friendly and quite honestly deserving of five stard... but it's become difficult to access after the recent update. It brings up an error message every time I try to access it. Please fix it.

Poor access and customer service. After the initial login, subsequent attempts to access the dashboard have been futile as I get an error message every time I input login credentials. Customer support is barely functional and hardly respond to queries.
