Clipping coupons does not work well, or at times, at all. Raleys will often have in store advertising for "clipp s coupon" price, with a qr code that does not work with the app. When you search for items in the raleys app, it does not show the coupon on its page. When you go to the clippable coupon section, the item isn't there or is buried under many other items. I think it's really a bait and switch tactic to get you up to the register with the item, then they hope you pay full price.

I downloaded this app in store, to scan and clip the members only deals that you can only get if you have the app. Guess what ? I could not scan and clip the deals. This grocery store has the highest prices in my city, it's the closest to my house so I'll go there sometimes but I feel like being forced to use an app to get a discount at an already very expensive store is unethical. Also even though I've had a rewards number at the store for years, I can't transfer any of the points .

This is an AWFUL app. All I want to go is scan and clip a deal in the store, but there's no clear way to do that. There is a scanner feature, but it only works on product barcodes, not member deal QR codes. Meanwhile, the app keeps hijacking my screen with info pop ups, notifications to enable notifications, and other junk that's just getting in the way. On top of all that, the app runs like hot garbage, lagging with any scrolling. Cut out all this intrusive hijacking behavior!
