It's fine but randomly a few months into using it it stated prompting me for no reason to use my default phone app or captivated anytime I make a call which ruins hands free calling while I'm driving as I have have to touch the screen to select. I'd like to just use the default app but there is no setting anywhere in Android or captivated to fix this.

Works... Sometimes? Notifications are delayed. You can miss an entire conversation due to the delay. Creators say it's supposed be on purpose, because it is meant to go to the PC first then a 2-3 min delay to cell phones. The app would be way better if the notifications were in real time, also the latest version crashes and doesn't allow for photos to be sent to clients. Frustrating all around.

Needed to send a message to 6,000 people. Everything was set up from the professional team for our company. The date came and we were ready to get everything started about a month's work of communication and prep had been done. All that was left to do was make sure everything was working properly and send. However the support team informed me that all of the professional team were out for an entire week... let me restate that the ENTIRE TEAM was out for a week. The most critical day..ENTIRE TEAM
