Bhashya Shankara

Advaita siddhanta bases its conclusion on Prasthanatraya, the three sources of authority. Prasthanatraya, (literally meaning three ways) is the collective name given to the Upanishads (Shruti prasthana), Brahma Sutra (Nyaya prasthana) and Srimad Bhagavat Gita (Smriti prasthana). The Prasthanatraya Bhashya of Sri Shankaracharaya is the fountainhead of Vedanta sahitya and is known for its clarity, and also for the beauty of the Samskrita language employed.
