To get started:

The app doesn't notify me about messages from my kid, so I have to open up the app to see messages. The location tracking always shows the last place the watch was when first opened, so when I open the app it will show where the watch was yesterday while it takes a minute or two to find its new location. Why not just say "location tracking, please wait" or something, instead of saying that your kid is somewhere they're not? Super confusing. Also the app frequently signs me out.

Hi, you should be receiving push notifications for messages. For location it should update about every 2 hours or soif you do not have location alerts setup or manually update it yourself. The behavior you see is not expected. Being signed out usually indicates poor network connection, please reach out to us at gizmo@verizon.com. -Gizmo Dev Team

Fabulous... When it works. When I try to open the texting area, it does not respond. I often have to force close it and reopen to text my child. Also, the GPS locator is very slow to respond which leads me into a slight panic sometimes. My biggest complaint is the texting bubble not opening into a keyboard though... Please fix.

I am Grandma, and I enjoy using the app to communicate with my Granddaughter. We use it to call each other while playing games. It's also has a good GPS feature to show where she is at, video chatting, and chat function. I wish you could customize it more as far as sound settings and notification settings go. Good little app.
