Horrible extremely unreliable app! First of all most of the time it's hard to get a driver than the times the app gives you is never correct or even close, sure it's nice when they do come in a timely manner but that is rare because the way the app works. They need to improve it's accuracy! Once drivers come service is good otherwise my rating would have been 1 star.

the drivers are wonderful for the most part, and those who aren't don't last long. the service is pretty convenient, but it's no exaggeration to say that 50% of the time, their app is broken in some way. I have the app telling me that my driver is here, even though his icon is all the way across town, and the driver just called me to get my location because the app wouldn't tell him my address. this is pretty normal stuff with the circuit app

My city subsidies Circuit for the whole of downtown and then some. The app has improved over time and so has the speed of getting rides, though partially due to raising the cost from free to $1-$3 a ride depending on zones. An excellent service for someone without a car downtown. The app itself, it's serviceable and has been improving over time so I hope all continues to improve. Beats Uber and Lyft for where it goes.
