With the new update, I could not remote deposit checks any more, as I would be given a mostly blank screen with "Ooops... No data here." This was two days ago, and now that issue has reached the main screen as well, making it impossible to view my accounts at all. This is a MASSIVE issue and I got a "we'll look into it when we can" response from customer service. I had planned on switching banks anyway, but this issue has definitely sped up that decision.

I like the bank. But since the new update the app has been extremely unreliable. I work out of town and have omost get stuck out in a different city a few times. Thank God for good family because your bank's app will crash

Card randomly stops working without warning saying "gateway error" or "something went wrong" WHAT WENT WRONG?! I went to my account and my card said blocked and of course there is no one to help you after 5:30 or on weekends, no support to call, nothing so hopefully you don't need your card in an emergency. This is why I don't put all of my eggs in the coloramo basket and this has definitley been the last straw I'm just going to use chime entirely, I can't have this kind of unreliability.
