■Smartphone authentication service

・Smartphone authentication has introduced a "transaction authentication" function. Transaction authentication is a strong security feature that prevents unauthorized transfers due to tampering with transfer details.
au Jibun Bank's smartphone authentication incorporates this transaction authentication into the smartphone banking application, so there is no need to carry around devices such as password cards.

■Unlocking/relocking internet banking lock
This is a security feature that locks internet banking during normal use and unlocks it from the Jibun Bank app only when you want to use it.
・You can log in only once within 60 minutes after unlocking. Automatically locks after 60 minutes or after logging out. Since the lock can only be unlocked using the customer's own smartphone, damage caused by fraudulent money transfers using internet banking can be prevented.

■ATM unlock/relock
・This is a security feature that locks ATM usage and unlocks it from the Jibun Bank app only when you want to use it.
・The device will automatically lock again 60 minutes after unlocking. Since the lock can only be unlocked using the customer's own smartphone, it reduces the damage caused by withdrawals in the event that the cash card is stolen or counterfeited.
