It makes me able to do very convenient transferring of money around at the last minute when I forget to do it at the bank or at home. I don't know why other viewers have complained about the app but it has always worked for me.

App used to work great, but now it just shuts down every single time I open it. I have to uninstall and reinstall every single time, just to use it. I can then use it once, and then have to go through the hassle of uninstalling and reinstalling if I want to use it again.

I like the instant balance switched from west side had buy another phone wasn't compatible n trying install on laptop going on cell phone trying share to laptop didn't come up on plays store also can't get text balance phone number not recognized been hardest app to install I know west side had go on line correct phone # then call bank out all 3!why only 1k downloads guess they gave up like me own 3 banks should left app alone I took account westside bank not other 2 unless this helps credit
