Welcome to the free Laboral Kutxa Pay application.
With the LKPay App for Android, you can pay for your purchases in stores with your mobile phone in a simple, comfortable and secure way. You can also send and request money from your contacts with your mobile, instantly and in total security, without having to ask them for their account number.

What I need:
Mobile phone with Android operating system, version 4.4 or higher and contactless technology (NFC)
Install the LKPay App on your mobile
Associate a card within LKPay for Mobile Payment.
How to associate the card for Mobile Payment:
Access LKpay using the same passwords as our Online Banking.
Select the card you want to associate in the Mobile Payment section.
You will receive an SMS with the code to activate the card.
Subsequently, at any time you can change the associated card.
How to pay in stores:
Unlock the mobile (NFC must be activated)
Bring your mobile phone closer to the payment terminal (POS) until you hear the confirmation “beep” sound.
That's it, payment made!

- Sending and requesting money between individuals
It is carried out through Bizum, the service that works between clients of different entities.
It is very simple, fast and secure:
• Access LkPay using the same passwords as our Online Banking
• Associate the account you want to receive money through this system to your mobile number.
And now you can send and receive money:
o Send money: just by selecting the contact(s) and writing down the amount, you will send money instantly. You can also send money to any mobile number even if it is not among your contacts.
o Request money: By selecting the contact(s) or typing the mobile number and writing down the amount, you can request money from anyone.
o Pending operations: You can pay or reject the request for money made by one of your contacts. You will have 7 days to do so.
o Consult the movements: At any time you can consult the movements you have made with the Bizum service. All shipments are shown as well as income you have had.
o You can also modify the associated account at any time.
