App keeps closing when trying to log in. Cannot schedule an inspection for new insurance policy. It definitely would not help if I needed to make a claim in the future

The app crashes in the inspection menu. Galaxy s23 Android version 14. They should fix it promptly

The new app is rubbish. Require login every time and need otp (one time password) to be send to the phone before i can use it. That is the last thing you want when u had an accident and need assistance. Tried the call me back option, no one called me back. I had a breakdown and tried using the report emergency, no one responded. Had to call several numbers before someone fonally answered. Rubbish app,service and sipport.
