Being diagnosed with lung cancer is a sensitive message to receive. In connection with the patient receiving their diagnosis and information about treatment, the patient receives a lot of information from their care team, which can sometimes be difficult to understand, sometimes difficult to remember and not entirely easy to recount to relatives or other family members. It can also be difficult to find reliable information and support.

VisiMee is a 3D-based visual communication tool designed to support the lung cancer patient in dialogue with care teams in the clinic and at home with relatives. VisiMee displays individualized information about diagnosis and treatment and is developed by the patient's care team. Through VisiMee you can:

get access to individualized information about diagnosis and treatment
share the same, or selected, information with relatives, family or friends via the app
access relevant supportive information about living with lung cancer

VisiMee has been developed together with doctors and nurses who are experts in the diagnosis, treatment and care of lung cancer patients, as well as lung cancer patients and relatives representing organizations for lung cancer patients from Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
