The app tends to be very slow. I don't like how the bill pay works, it states your money may be withdrawn before, on, or after the date you enter. Which makes managing your money difficult, & makes me not want to use the bill pay option. I have a budgeting app I use that you can connect with your bank account, but the banking app never stays connected to this app & locks me out of my bank account. I have called the both help desks for this issue many times but it never gets fully resolved.

wish it had dual account login options rather than having to have multiple login information for each account for the same individual. app often freezes on me or says error no.image to view for checks. opening the image of a check is a multi step process. business owners need simplicity when it comes to managing finances and dealing the complexity of running a business to begin with. It often saves my passwords when I hit do not save on my phone.
