When you're out shopping wondering if something is covered, there is no UPC scanner to check the item, so you have to check out to see if it is covered. When you need a code, the apt restarts when you go your email to get the code. The "app" is not an app. It opens to their website, Please fix and make it an app, not a shortcut to the website, and please put the UPC scanner back.

USE 'OTC Network' INSTEAD. The worst app I've ever used. Going back with gesture navigation will exit the app and the session. Select 'Order Online' and there's no app navigation. Support says to scan UPC in app for eligibility. As far as I can tell there's nowhere in the app to scan. Just electronic payment info. Online prices are extremely high, but they are forcing you to order online by not having a way to check products in a store.

This is a terrible app. it frequently gives the "something went wrong" message. When logging in, the page is too wide for my screen, and it prevents seeing the first half of the word. I was unable to add a credit card to the app, which is absurd, because the app is used for making purchases. The intended use for the app is great, but it needs some serious reworking to make it useful.
