The entire application set-up process was very onerous. I had to back out to find out that my account had been set up. The terms and conditions took me over a minute to scroll, though, just to accept (really?!). Then, after trying to scan the meter barcode and enter the serial number multiple times, I could not connect to the meter WiFi. Unbelievable! One of the poorest apps that I have tried to use...ever!

Took several attempts to connect to home Wi-Fi network. Once connected, app shows evse not plugged in when it is, and apparently hasn't updated evse firmware (version shown in the app as being on the evse is almost two years old, which seems unlikely to be the latest version). Lastly, shows a 30A maximum when the unit dip switch is set for 48A, so... ...what's up, Siemens? Happy to update the review if and when the experience improves.

After contacting support, they told me there is a bug with Italian language. Changing the Android OS language from italian to English solves the problem. Hope it helps! 3 stars from the previous 1, as the app has the same (very essential) options as on the former Versicharge app.
