With the Life Circle app, Care Managers can easily access a range of features to help manage their clients' care requirements. Our team-based service supports both Home Health Workers and seniors, with experienced nurse officers, care coordinators, and a network of medical support services available.

The app's intuitive interface allows Care Managers to schedule Home Health Workers according to their client's needs, with no minimum fixed contract period. They can choose Health Workers with specialized care for specific needs, such as dementia, diabetes, depression, Alzheimer's, stroke, heart disease, visual/hearing impairment, Parkinson's, and bedridden patients who use wheelchairs.
