Update Sept 2021: Can't even log into the app anymore. I've reset my password a dozen times and can never log in even with a newly reset password. This app is useless. Decreasing from 2 stars to 1 star. Would give it no stars if I could. Original review (9/14/2020): Am able to make an appointment but afterwards the app doesn't show my upcoming appointments, and no email confirmation either. Also, there's an option to view records but there's nothing there.

The app doesn't keep you logged in so you need to sign in everytime you open it. It doesn't show any upcoming appointments even if you made one. And the email confirmation you get doesn't show any details of the appointment. Not a very functional app.

Love this place. Even my cats like it. The staff are all wonderful, personable animal lovers. And the cost for pet care is so much easier to afford. No more needing to put off vet visits. I have recommended LCV to all of my friends with pets, and will continue to do so.
