School Assist Subaru, a management system for Japanese language schools, universities, and vocational schools (international students), now has an app for students.
Supports communication between teachers and students.
■Notice
Instructors can send notifications. Since it supports push notifications, it is also ideal for emergency notifications when schools are closed due to typhoons.
In addition, by linking with the talk function described later, students can ask questions to the announcement distributor (instructor).
■Talk
You can have one-on-one text chat between students and instructors using combinations specified by instructors.
It can be used for notifications of lateness, classes, events, etc.
■Attendance/grade management
You will be able to check your registered attendance status and grades from your smartphone.
You can set a borderline for attendance (such as an alert if it is less than 70%), so students can notice a drop in attendance themselves.
■Tuition fee management
Displays tuition invoice information issued by School Assist Subauchi to students.
You can check transfer information and make cashless payments.
*If you wish to use cashless payment, a separate contract is required in addition to the student portal usage contract.
■Push notification
This app supports push notifications, so push notifications will be sent to students when notifications or new messages are received.
*A School Assist Subaru option contract is required to use this application.
