App is literally just a web browser, there are ads for the app inside the app which is a telltale sign. Never saves payment info (have to manually input my card each month). Currently unable to pay at all due to an error on both web and app, and there's no way to view the status of the loan, change payment amount, and there's no documents associated with my loan viewable. It's just a pit that I toss cash into and maybe one day it'll go away? No way to tell without getting on the phone. Great job

New user to this app. Doesn't tell you your next payment amount. Apparently, you have to enter your credit card details first. It doesn't tell you the amount until after the payment date and is already past due. If there isn't an amount that means you are paid up right? Not on this app... My only guess is that this is to try and get extra fees. The payment interface is archaic at best.

This app is horrible. I have to reset passwords constantly. Once in the app it gives very little information on the account. Nothing showing the balance, no option to pay on principal, etc
